Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Dr William R Beyer Jr. has been in practice for over 36 years in Mercer County. Beyer Eye Associates was established in January of 2014 with the addition of his two sons, Mark and Eric. We offer three locations; Mercerville New Jersey, Millstone New Jersey, across from the Jackson outlets, and Newtown Pennsylvania. We provide glasses, contacts, comprehensive eye care and surgery. Beyer Eye Associates offers the latest technology in our comprehensive ophthalmic testing room. We use spectral-domain optical coherence tomography scanning and digital photography in the early detection of glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic macular edema. In addition we have a non- dilating retinal camera allowing the doctors to view more than 80% of the retina without a dilated exam for routine visits. Our corneal topography allows early detection of keratoconus in addition to contact lens fitting and dry eye features. The IOL-Master allows us to accurately predict your intraocular lens for cataract surgery and offer multiple standard and premium lenses.
Beyer Eye Associates uses a state-of-the-art electronic medical-record system that makes office-visit summaries, prescriptions and referrals available to the patient at the time of the visit.
